I just started to get in to tumblr and saw something about “otherkin” and “plantkin” on youtube. What do they mean? Apparently they’re some form of people or something. It would be great if some on answered this.
Otherkinity is defined (usually, the exact wording varies but the meaning never does) as an ontological phenomenon in which someone identifies partially or entirely as a nonhuman entity (or a fictional one, in the case of fictionkin) on a nonphysical, involuntary, and profound level.
