to take away the power of those that have abused it, and make them weak

1. Write down the name of a person who has abused their power on white paper.
2. On the same paper, write how that has made you feel. Pour all your anger, betrayal, disappointment, etc. into it.
3. Put the paper in a jar.
4. Add animal teeth (or thorns), grave dirt, stinging nettle, and red liquid of some sort. As you put each ingredient into the jar, imagine it taking away their power and cursing them. Lid the jar.
5. Put a (non-flammable) representation of their power on top of the jar’s lid. It can be a crown cut out of aluminum foil, if you like.
6. Put a red candle on top. Light it while saying:

“I cried for mercy; you ignored my pleading. 

You had your crown, but now it’s bleeding. 

You must learn that power is fleeting.”

• Once the candle has burned down, do with the jar as you see fit. Throw it in the trash, keep it around so you can keep charging it with your intent…
