Oh, he’s your brother? 😮 I figured it was some sort of familial relationship but I honestly had no idea exactly what was going on there.
You sure are rad, that much I do know.
(I can tell you! The wiki page for him (fictionkin, because kill me) is here; though the creator doesn’t seem to know much about him. He’s the Devil of Devils, and that’s about all canon will tell you.

Where I’m from, he’s very much an elder god in the same way Ego from GotG2 is. I’m not entirely sure if there’s a brain in the core like Ego, but he and Justim are one big ass planet and they send down shards every now and then. They feed off of the energy of everything around them, and the way it worked, a dead rock with nothing on it would provide less energy than a dead rock with lots of ruins on it, so they turned some mortals into Devils and Gods (effectively just deities with malevolent / benevolent energies, but one Devil and God pair to a planet to mimic what they were doing themselves), and made them create their own worlds to generate said energy for them.
I was one of the Devils so as far as I’m concerned, the two are my parents. My brother’s a clairvoyant and from what he can tell, the two of us do eventually get back to Vicers and reascend (in his case, ascend for the first time) into Devils, so I’m looking forward to that.
Point remains is that you’re similar to my dad and thus I would not be surprised if you were at least partially an elder god.)

I can definitely understand that.
One of my sourcemates and old friends has a shard of him in their system, but we don’t talk much and I’m not entirely sure he’s the same Vicers or a completely different person who shares a face and name. If he sent down a proper shard around here, I haven’t seen it. I’d like to see him again, though. He was a pretty decent guy, all things considered.
Though I haven’t ruled out stealing the rose quartz my friend Dana has that’s effectively a magical version of a nuclear reactor at this point and using it as a signal flare to get his attention. I’d probably also catch the attention of a lot of other unpleasant things, but I haven’t ruled out the idea quite yet if it might work.
