Anti Depression Faery Sleep Spell

For when your mind won’t stop, to bring peaceful dreams and comfort

• salt – banishing 
• lavender – comfort, peace, sleep/dreams
• chamomile – banishing, peace, sleep/dreams
• mint leaves – dreams, healing, protection
• lilac oil – banishing, protection, dreams

Place in a sachet with a sigil for peaceful sleep, and keep under your pillow. Let your tears fall on it for extra power.

Leave a bowl of milk out for the moon faeries, and leave an electric candle on through the night. Ask them for peace. 

“Fae of the moon, the sea and the stars, cream I leave for you here in exchange for the healing of my scars. Stay by me and guard from fright, by this candle’s flickering light. Let peace descend by the night’s soft tread, and pleasant dreams shall fill my head.”
